Greece and Greeks Abroad

I do not know why Greeks are very proud for their name. May be it is the rich heritage they bring with from generation to generation. A heritage which is the cradle of Western Civilization. Words like democracy, physics, politics, etc. etc. are used from the western societies. This country is very small. Once upon a time it was big. It reached the borders of India, the waters of Libya, it was all over the Mediterranean Sea.
Christianity reversed everything. Dark Ages fell over Europe. The Byzantine Empire destryed everything ancient Greek. The ancient "churches" were destroyed and upon them the christian churches were built. The priests used their materials to built the christian churches. They did not respect anything. The stopped the Olympic Games as anti christian.
